Working to improve literacy in Craven, Jones, and Pamlico counties one student at a time

YOU CAN HELP!

The Craven Literacy Council offers literacy tutoring to everyone in our community at no cost. Your tax-deductible gift will help provide students with the necessary materials to improve their reading and writing skills. Your support also ensures that our tutors are well prepared to help every student meet their literacy goals.

Craven Literacy Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Will you help us to continue our work?

• $25 is the cost of a basic reading skills workbook and manual
• $50 keeps the lights on in the center’s tutoring rooms for a month
• $100 helps purchase the materials for a literacy student for one year
• $150 defrays the cost for training one tutor
